Below is a list of our services and treatments that we offer at Holistic Heart Acupuncture. Depending on your condition, the appropriate therapy will be selected in order to provide your body with what it needs to initiate your body’s own self-healing mechanism. In addition, other factors like diet, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle, will be also discussed and if needed, nutritional supplements and/or herbal recommendations will be suggested.

Body Acupuncture

 

Acupuncture works by stimulating and activating the body’s own self-healing mechanism. It helps to reduce pain and inflammation, relieve stress, improve sleep, aid in digestion and elimination, and much more.

Cupping

 

Stationary cupping or moving/gliding cupping helps to reduce pain and inflammation caused by blood stagnation and bring increased blood circulation to the area to promote healing.

Acupressure

 

Acupressure is an effective alternative to needles. It can be done by pressing with fingers, palms, elbows, a Japanese Shoni-Shin tool, or a micro-current tool and helps to reduce muscle tension and pain and improve blood circulation to the area.

Microneedling / Nanoneedling / Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

 

Microneedling / Nanoneedling / Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture (Acupuncture Facial) is a non-surgical way to slow down the aging process. It helps to reduce fine lines, soften deep wrinkles, reduce bags under the eyes, lift droopy eyelids impairing your vision, improve sagging or puffiness in the face, minimize a double chin, reduce large pores, reduce acne, dry skin, and bring overall color and vitality to your skin. Microneedling can also be done for hair loss in men and women.

Electro-Acupuncture /
E-stim / Micro Current

 

Electro-acupuncture, e-stim, or micro current is the application of a small pulsating electrical current to acupuncture needles. E-stim helps to reduce pain and inflammation, treat neurological diseases, paralysis, and spasms, and break up qi and blood stagnation.

Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture / SAAT / Auricular Therapy

 

Auricular or Ear Acupuncture is based on the microsystem of the body found in the ear, which is used to treat health conditions of the body and is used to help increase the effect of the treatment. We also perform Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT) for Alpha-Gal and other food, pet, and environmental allergies and Dr. Soliman's Auricular Therapy and Auricular Medicine (advanced ear acupuncture) treatments for PTSD, smoking cessation, etc.

Gua Sha

 

Gua Sha helps to reduce fever, pain and inflammation caused by blood stagnation, improve the immune system and bring increased blood circulation to the area to promote healing.

Moxibustion / Moxa

 

Moxibustion or moxa, is the burning of mugwort (herb) which is then used to warm acupuncture points. The heat will increase the energetic strength and stimulate the acupuncture points.
